Meet Alexis

Alexis Papadakis-Greenberg is a 25-year Wall Street veteran who has held key roles at several of the top financial firms in the world. She moved to Colorado from New York City in 2018 as many have with the dream of building a wonderful Coloradan life with her husband, daughter and her fur baby Lucky. Prior to that she spent 5 years working at Starwood Capital, the country’s 2nd largest private equity real estate firm. There she directly reported to the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Acquisitions who oversaw large commercial and residential real estate transactions totaling in excess of $65 Billion Dollars. Over the years, Alexis has supervised over $150 Million Dollars in luxury home renovations and has managed prestigious residential estates all over the country. Shortly after arriving in Colorado, she was named a top producer in the Downtown Denver LIV Sotheby’s office. She was voted a Rising Star in Denver’s Real Estate Market for 2019 and 2020 and is currently on her own top producing team at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. She attended Cornell University for Engineering and is a native New Yorker with a unique perspective on the Denver and Colorado real estate markets. She strongly believes every home is unique and luxury can be found at every price point.

In a short time, Alexis has had much success in the Colorado real estate marketplace. Most of her business is referral-based, drawing from a solid network of friends, former clients and business contacts. She also brings with her a large network of wealthy international Latin American investors who are eager to invest in Colorado and its beautiful properties. Her experiences of having worked for the brightest and most successful real estate developers in the world have given her the training, discipline, marketing and financial expertise to tackle any project. She brings her passion for design and marketing to the Colorado real estate markets. As someone who relocated her family and their 2 businesses from New York to Denver, Alexis has become a certified expert on relocations. Given the recent pandemic, this has been invaluable as relocations to Denver have exploded. Her sales have well covered the front range from Boulder to Littleton and everything in between. Several of her client have now purchased incredible second ski homes in the Mountains and in many of Colorado’s recreational areas like Salida, Sedalia and Crested Butte.

Clients and colleagues ask her all the time – “How have you achieved so much success in such a short time?”, that’s simple, she offers a Premier Concierge service to all her clients. She advises on staging and has a plethora of contacts to get a home painted, repaired, sparkling and ready to go on the market. She is currently heavily involved with Jeffco Kids First and is very happy to live in a city that has so many wonderful contributors to making the world a safer place. She has had the privilege of working with first time home buyers and helping families that need more help in obtaining their American dream of home ownership. As a first generation Cuban American she takes pride and joy in giving back to the community by providing incredible services to a community in need.  She is also a current graduate of the prestigious Leadership Program of the Rockies.
